studio sublease available

I have a studio apartment available for sublease at University Village from the second week of September. The lease is till July 2019, and the rent is $630. The water, trash, and heating is $92. This makes the total rent $722 per month. Electricity and internet is separate. Just to give you an idea, my electricity bill for this apartment has been in the range of $15 to $30 per month. First of all thank you so much for considering my request. I would like to tell you that we will get our funds from HEC on 10th of September 2018 and we will most probably be in Columbus on 21st of September 2018. If you are able to stay that long or can request the authorities regarding our sublease I shall be very grateful.
