Sublease 1 Bed 1 Bathroom Furnished May-July

I'm looking for someone to take my lease for the summer starting in May through July. The cost overall is $955 (because it's furnished, it's $100 more than unfurnished cost). This does not include electric or internet. There is laundry room in this building just downstairs. I need someone to take my sublease because I may be out of town all summer.
